Sorry, once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please check the shopping cart and list before you place the order.
If you have strong will to cancel/ change the order, please contact us via the email provided above
We will provide you with the tracking number once the order is confirmed and shipping is arranged. You may use the tracking number in the courier website for parcel tracking.
Please make sure your order is successfully placed. Once the order is placed successfully, you may see the record in the order history.
Order confirmation email will be sent to you within 5 minutes after placing the order. If you do not receive any email from us, please contact us via the email above, we will handle your case as soon as possible.
There are two reasons for order cancellation:
1. An item was ordered and isn't available
2. Items are broken on the way of delivery
We will arrange a refund/ replacement once the order is cancelled.
Please be reminded that if the payment is collected for the order, then a full refund will be issued when the order is canceled. No a partial refund with an order cancellation will be arranged
